My wife and I worked with Darcy Bento/Bento Real Estate Group during Summer/Fall 2022 as we looked for a larger place in South Boston (Southie) to accommodate our family. Darcy is a ROCK STAR!! Darcy patiently helped us navigate through showings of a couple of properties, while adeptly developing an understanding of our needs and priorities for our next home. Darcy knew what we wanted, what was a good fit, and what wasn't - with some showings she immediately knew that a property wouldn't fit for us and wasn't shy about giving related feedback. When the ideal home eventually came on the market, Darcy immediately contacted us, correctly knowing that our next home had just been listed, and making sure that we promptly could have one of the first private showings. Then she did a fantastic job of working with the bank, the seller and the agent working the short sale getting them all to agree to the below market price and getting the whole thing closed out in just 3 months (which is remarkable for a short sale).
